I have officially started my 20 th year as a REALTOR ® . I love working with people I know, people I love and people I learn to love! When is it a good time to list a home in Erie, PA? I am asked that question a lot! My answer is JANUARY or FEBRUARY! It's still winter BUT it is the SPRING market here.  Think about it.... If you received an offer on your home February 1st, you will be closing 60 days later, April 1st.  You will list your home while there is beautiful snow on the ground and close when the flowers are starting to peak through.  Don't forget you might not sell immediately due to your price or your condition but that is for another blog!
