There are two things that I wish every buyer knew before they start viewing homes.  Being in real estate for almost 22 years, I see these two mistakes happen by buyers all the time and unfortunately, more often than not, the buyer gets annoyed with our two suggestions and just wants you to show them the home. Homebuyer Tip #1:                    GET PRE-APPROVED FOR A HOME LOAN      Getting pre-approved for a home loan is helpful in so many ways. A seller doesn't want to go through the hours of time getting their home ready for a showing if a buyer can't get a loan on it.  It's a waste of time for the seller, the Realtor and the buyer.  So when a Realtor asks you "Are your pre-approved?", it's a legitimate question, don't get upset.  Also, when you are ready to make an offer on a home or have to act quickly because of other buyer activity on a certain home, you will be ready with your pre-approval letter in hand.  Step #1 is getting pre-approved, not
